Conditions of participation for workshops and courses in MOSAIK. STUDIO / Bischofswiesen
With the transfer of the course fee the following conditions of participation are accepted.
You can register by telephone, email or in person, in each case giving your name, emailadress and telephone number.
With the payment of the course fee and stating the course date and name by bank transfer to my account or with paypal within two weeks after registration or, if registration is less than one month before the course starts, within one week, the registration for the mosaic course is binding. If payment is not made within this period, there is no entitlement to a course place.
3. Withdrawal from the course management
The course takes place from 3 participants. If a course cannot take place due to illness or force majeure, you will be informed immediately and if no other date is available, the fees already paid will be refunded. Other expenses on your part cannot be reimbursed.
4. Withdrawal of the course participants
In case of withdrawal of the course participants, a 15 € handling fee will be charged in any case. If the course place cannot be re-booked, a part or retain the full course fee:
30 to 15 days before the start of the course: 40%
14 to 7 days before the start of the course: 60
6 to 3 days before the start of the course: 80
From 2 days before the start of the course: 100
The absence from the course does not count as cancellation, in this case the course fee will not be refunded.
Participation in a course is considered a personal, private leisure activity. No liability is accepted for accidents that occur at the venue or on the way there or home. Safety goggles and gloves are available and must be used.
